Labor rights violations in Sedna school Aliabad Hunza | PASSUTIMES

No doubt, State is responsible for giving employment to it's citizens but unfortunately due to economic challenges and financial crisis state is unable to provide employment opportunities to citizens. By taking advantage of this, Private institutions such a Sedna school Aliabad Hunza has been continously violating labor rights. I came to know when a helpless lady shared her story with me personally, who has  has been working on only six thousand salary in this institution. But on  the other hands this educational institution  has been charging high fee's on poor students without giving any relaxation in their fee's. So far, nobody has raised raise their voices against such mafia due to their domestic compulsions. The elected political leadership must take notices of such injustices with poor and needy people. All legal platforms and labor rights organizations must raise their voices to protect women's rights. But because of lack of check and balance over labor rights women's in Hunza have been forced to work on very low wages but unfortunately, our state institutions has been showing their negligence in this regard. While other thousands of women's workers across Gilgit Baltistan  are working on very low wages just to meet their requirements. It's the prime responsibility of state institutions to ensure women's rights across Pakistan. I requested to Chief minister of Gilgit Baltistan to take immediate notice of such a injustices with woman's and provide adequate wages to these women's.
