HUNZA | Girls Guide and Boys Scouts Unit Organised day Hike for Noble Cause

Ismaili Boys Scouts and Girls Guide Group of Chamangul-Gulmit were on hike to Hussaini, Zarabad, Khuramabad and Passu on February 7, 2022 where they went for condolences to their Late Scout’s Families at Hussaini and Passu as well.

The hike was started from Chamangul and they group members reached Hussaini where they went for condolences to  a deceased scout’s family then they reached  at Zarabad while crossing the famous Hussaini Suspension Bridge where Hussain Scouts leaders joined them for further facilitation upto Khuramabad where Passu Scouts Leaders joined the hikers to help them for crossing the longest Passu Suspension Bridge, during the trek the hikers were enjoying the sceneries and natural beauty of the surrounding areas as well.

When they reached Passu while crossing Muradabad and KKH they went to Late Ali Mohammad House for condolences to the aggrieved family members.

After that they reached at Passu Center Jamat Khana for lunch and concluding ceremony. Passu community and Civil Society leaders including Volunteers, Scouts and Guides gave warm reception to the hikers. In the short session the GSL Passu Atta-ur-Rehman introduced the visitors, Zain-ul-Abideen recited the verse from Holy Quran, and the visitors were welcomed by AKYSB Chairman Faqir Ullah Khan while a brief introduction of the Passu village was given by Vice Chairman PDO Hussain Ali. The ADSC Akhtar Karim Khwaja and GSL Mutahir Ali briefed the audiences with their aims and objectives of the hike.

GGL Chamangul presented Vote of Thanks and Kamaria Didar Ali extended Dua-e-Khair to the participants
